Product Description

360° Aware Web^® is Knowmadics’ web-based server application, supporting tracking, advanced situational awareness and remote device management (command and control). 360° Aware Web^® is written on a Microsoft stack utilizing .Net, HTML 5.0, and JavaScript. It requires no plug-ins to operate in a web browser (including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge), operates in a Windows Virtual Machine Environment, and runs on laptops and tablets.

360° Aware Mobile^® is a native mobile application, supporting remote mobile device tracking, media collection, and secure multimedia communications. 360° Aware Mobile^® does not require a rooted or jail broken device and runs on iOS 12.0+ and above, Android 8.0+ and above. The 360° Aware Mobile^® native mobile application can be deployed and registered to the 360° Aware Web^® server for rapid enrollment into the environment so that you can begin working within the app itself in less than one minute.

The Knowmadics Software Development Kit (SDK) consists of a set of Application Programming Interfaces (API), sample code and documentation for integrating 3rd party devices and systems into the 360° Aware Web^® product.

If at any time you forget what key words are supported, reply “HELP” to receive an automated help response, with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time. Just reply “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
